Amanda Strong is an independent medical writer specializing in content development, advisory boards and meetings. She also has extensive experience in developing materials for multimedia, marketing, and sales training. Amanda has worked extensively with the Canadian PAAB code, and is also familiar with the regulatory submission requirements for many US-based pharmaceutical companies. In 2007 and 2008, she worked with PAAB and the Canadian chapter of the American Medical Writers’ Association (AMWA) to design two PAAB training programs tailored to the needs of Canadian medical writers . In addition to writing, Amanda teaches medical writing classes at Concordia University in Montreal. She also offers personalized training for groups or individuals.
